4. Sponsor Relationship: If you have been referred by a Sponsor, their details must be correctly entered. False sponsorship information may result in account termination.

5. Verification: Your account will remain in Pending status until admin verification is complete. You will be notified once activated.

6. Code of Conduct: Members must not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities within the SmartBoat platform.

7. Privacy: Personal information is collected solely for operational purposes and will not be sold to third parties.

8. Amendments: SmartBoat Ecosystem reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
